Returns: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items: Items on sale, used products, or products without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
